“…Over the years I have performed on stages in about every venue imaginable — in theatres, concert halls, county fairs — even in the Mess Hall of CFB Alert for a bunch of sleep-deprived members of our Canadian Armed Forces, hell-bent on catching the next plane home. I have been a radio jock, and the host of my own national television show, ‘On the Road Again’ which was a fortunate opportunity for a modern wandering minstrel.

I have been writing and recording songs about people and the places I’ve been to for as long as I can remember, singing to everyone, from Inuit elders on the windswept shores of Baffin Island, to distinguished dinner guests seated at 24 Sussex.

I worked as a ‘single’ all those years, just me and my guitar, slugging it out, but knowing all the while that one day I would form the band of my dreams to join me on this crazy, wonderful musical ride. Well, the moon and stars lined up over the winter, and I finally did it! Stag Creek is the very band I envisioned — every member, among the best in the business.
